SCOPE invalid serial number message

SCOPE requires that you input all three fields (Organization name, Contact Name and the Serial Number) exactly as it is sent to you. It is case sensitive and space sensitive.

It is recommended that you "copy and paste" the information from the email sent to you to avoid making mistakes.

SCOPE activation codes have an expiry date. Check to see when your activation code was obtained. Evaluation serial codes are typically set for 1 to 3 months.

In some instances, particularly in training environments, the date of a PC may be inadvertently set to a date beyond the expiry date of the activation code. Check the system clock (bottom right-hand corner of a Windows PC) to ensure that the date is correct.
